Recently, she co-wrote/directed/produced a stop-motion animated short film, My Vagina, which was accepted into over 20 film festivals and won several awards including Cannes, London – Winner, Seattle, Omaha, Southside, Barcelona, DWF, Nottingham, NY Animation, Milan – Winner, Prague, Austin Comedy – Winner, Montreal, Melbourne – Winner, Catalina, Woodstock, RiverRun, AmerDoc, Edmonton, and many more). The short film is part of a musical comedy, Perfect Little School, for new media, TV (Finalist – Raindance Festival), and the stage.

Currently, she is working with Neil Burns and Stop Motion Production on a new proof of
concept. She co-produced a short documentary, Forever Chemical, (Woodstock, All American High School Film Festival, and Austin Film Festival Youth Program) with her son about their experience with lead poisoning and advocacy work on the state and city level. She wrote the book and lyrics to The Female Pope, with composer, Heather Christian, (Ground Floor at Berkeley Rep, Pipeline Arts Award, NAMT, Finalist – O’Neill Musical Theater Conference, Larson Grant Finalist, Apples & Oranges: Sing Tank, AWE Conference). She has collaborated with composer, Peter Salett, on their musical So You Wanna be a Porn Star: a story of sex love and rock-n-roll, for which she wrote the book and lyrics for the stage as well as TV. She produced a music video that was accepted into numerous film festivals across the country and nominated for several awards, including a win for Best Music Video. Her passion to facilitate activism through art inspired her to create and produce benefit cabarets during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The sold-out performances of So You Wanna be a Porn Star: a story of silicone, struggle, and survival at the Laurie Beechman Theater featured the talents of Lea Delaria, Miriam Shor, and James Carpinello. Her other works have had readings at EST, The Lark, WET, and 45 Bleecker. Other plays include: Lead (Waterworks Festival Finalist, O’Neill Finalist), Once Upon a Sisters Grimm, 10 Minutes Scenes and Monologues for Teens, The Ringer, Fun for the Whole Neighborhood, House of Cards, and Jesus Was Democrat. As an actor, she’s appeared on Broadway alongside Patrick Stewart in Arthur Miller’s The Ride Down Mt. Morgan. Off-Broadway she has been seen in Anon (Atlantic), Postmortem (The Flea), Dead City (New Georges), The Dew Point (SPF), Cavedweller (NYTW), Scab (WET) Stars (Soho Rep), The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told (Minetta Lane), Stupid Kids (WPA), The Young Girl and the Monsoon (Playwrights). Her TV and Film credits include: Motherhood (Killer Films), Intern, Jersey Guy, The History of Glamour, LoveGod (Good Machine), L&O, L&O:CI, The Jury.
